I have to go out of the animated realm here. Because people forget this is a Disney movie. And I can’t finish this list without mentioning it.
I mean, come on. It was epic. Maybe a bit over the top, but epic none the less. And they have kissed before, so something had to be done to make it stand out. There’s a war going on around them, and they are getting married, and they almost attack each other and then they just put down their weapons and have this amazing kiss in the pouring rain. And the camera work is equally amazing. The camera literally pans and does a 360 around them, showing the war around them, but for that moment its almost as if you want time to stop for them to savor that moment.
yeah I could write a whole blog about this one almost haha. For those interested, the runner up was when Aladdin is leaving Jasmine’s balcony, and hes on the carpet, and carpet just pushes Aladdin up into her lips and they get this surprised look, and then just go with it because they were going to anyway lol.
