This isn’t my favorite, but I loved the jokes and the villain and her dumb side kick. See how underrated it is? I like the movie and I cant even remember their names? (It’s The Emperor’s New Groove btw). It was utterly hilarious and cute.

Notable Runner Up: I didn’t pick this one cause I was unsure if this qualifies as “underrated”. Lilo and Stitch. Although it has a lot of Stitch merchandise, and even a ride at Disney World, I feel as though when people talk about Disney (or blog about it) this movie simply doesn’t come up as often as it should.
